1. What a cookie is
A small file that a website places on your device. Some are essential for the site to work, others are not.
2.1 Strictly necessary cookies — always active
Without them, the service does not work: you can neither stay logged in nor be protected against request forgery. They are not used for any advertising tracking and are not subject to your consent.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Authentication session | Keeping you logged in to your account | Duration of the session |
| Go marketplace session | Separate session for the Go account (segregation) | Duration of the session |
| Back-office session | Platform administrator access | Duration of the session |
| Cookie preference | Remembering your choice on this page | 6 months |
| Marketing site preferences (transitoo_site_consent) | Remembering your cookie choices on transitoo.cloud | 6 months |
The marketing site (transitoo.cloud) sets no other cookies: the language you choose appears in the page address, and fonts and images are served by our own servers, without any call to a third party.
2.2 Maps and third-party services — subject to your choice
Map display and address search rely on Google Maps Platform, which may set its own cookies and receive your IP address.
If you refuse, maps are not displayed: you can still enter addresses as free text, and the rest of the service works normally.
2.3 Audience measurement — subject to your choice, currently inactive
The marketing site preferences include an “Audience measurement” category. No tool is attached to it at present. If we add one, it will only load after your explicit consent, and this policy will be updated before it is activated.
2.4 What we do not set
No advertising cookies, no social network trackers, no third-party audience measurement tools. We do not resell any browsing data.
3. Changing your choice
At any time via the “Cookies” link in the footer (“Manage cookies” on the marketing site). You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings — bearing in mind that blocking session cookies will prevent you from logging in.
4. Mobile apps
Our apps do not use cookies. They do, however, store a session token on the device, which is erased when you log out.
